Where the GP comes from · by silo, 24-month cumulative

How it's built. Each month, your agents and affiliates land new accounts (productivity below). Accounts pay a recurring commission — MRC × take% — for as long as they're retained. Band of Hands collects the full commission (Revenue), pays the producer their share, and keeps the rest (GP). SaaS fees (per agent) and a modest bench layer are added on top. Take-rates are grounded in the same sources as the detailed calculator; everything is editable and conservative by default.
